Emad Alsamadi, a senior from St. Louis, gives frequently to Rally Mizzou as a token of gratitude for when they helped him during a time of financial need

Emad Alsamadi researched numerous options for college, but Mizzou stood above the rest. Alsamadi is majoring biological sciences and chose Mizzou because of its elite reputation among higher education institutions.

Throughout his time at the Mizzou, Alsamadi was impressed by the university’s distinctive and diverse culture as well as its community atmosphere.

An example of this community atmosphere is the Rally Mizzou initiative.

During a time of struggle, Rally Mizzou awarded funds to Alsamadi to help him continue his education at the university.

Rally Mizzou, organized by the Mizzou Student Foundation, allows students to help their peers who need an extra financial boost to stay enrolled in class and make progress toward graduation.

The Mizzou Student Foundation is a volunteer organization dedicated to serving students and the Mizzou community. The foundation created Rally Mizzou so that students don’t have to face their financial challenges alone.

Alsamadi gives frequently to Rally Mizzou as a token of gratitude for when they helped him during a time of financial need.

Alsamadi is from St. Louis and plans to graduate this year.
